Bristol legends Doreen Doreen headline Valley Fest’s opening night.
Friday 2 September sees people heading to the Chew Valley to party on the last weekend of the summer holidays.
Valley Fest released Friday night tickets meaning for £15 you can see one of Bristol’s best live acts – Doreen Doreen – on stage in the beautiful valley, with the backdrop of the Mendips.
Ideal for anyone who is busy the rest of the weekend but doesn’t want to miss out on the chance to enjoy Doreen Doreen, plus the opening ceremony at the firepit, the tickets are on sale.
Known for their crazy live performances and hilarious covers and mash-ups including songs by Britney Spears, Abba, Queen, Tom Jones and more, Doreen Doreen have been entertaining audiences in Bristol and the South West for years.
Voted the third best act to come from Bristol after Massive Attack and Portishead, they are a true one-off who simply have to be seen live.
Although they were formed in 1982, the same year as Duran Duran, they are everything Simon le Bon and his fellow band mates are not!
Also playing Friday night are Worm Disco Club, 45’s, Forleigh, Broken Brass Ensemble, Tantz, Cousin Kula and Mount Nakala.
